Terms and Conditions
- Onsite Parking for up to 4 cars. ( Parking is at owners risk)
- You must only park in the allocated area inside the double gates
- Spot checks will be performed on the freedom field to ensure owners are following all terms including the number of dogs on the field. If anyone does not follow the terms set out, they will be asked to leave, and you will not be able to rebook
- Padlock codes are for your use only and must not be shared with other people
- We take no responsibility for any dog escaping the field.
- If you arrive late to your time slot your slot will not be extended.
- Dogs are not to be left unattended in the freedom dog field
- All owners must pick up any dog waste to keep the field clean and tidy for all to use. Dog waste bins are provided on site.
- Keep dogs on a lead until in the fenced area through the single gate
- The Owner is held responsible for ensuring and checking the field is suitable for their individual dog(s) . If you think your dog will attempt to jump or climb the fence or try to escape through small gaps or dig their way out, the field will not be suitable for them to use.
- The use of the field area is at owners own risk please note the ground is of an uneven surface
- DO NOT close the padlock until you have finished your session.
- Dogs that start digging in the field must be stopped immediately any holes or damage must be immediately reported to us through our email at ann-sewell@overthemoondogfield.co.uk
